We went to the Childrens Museum in Midland. The entrance had all sorts of random sculptures outside. They had an educational part on the main level that had a lot of earth science. but the further you got into the building the bigger and better it got. The girls favorite part was of course the grocery store.

For how hot and dry it is here you would think there would be swimming pools everywhere.....Well of course they're not!! We drove to Odessa to check their pool out. It was great. It had giant lily padz that the kids could hop on, a slide, a lazy river and the big frog mouth slide. The girls had a blast. Jada made her first friend named Izzy, and Mace made me her primary friend :) Things were going great till they blew the whistle and made everyone get out because someone apparently thought the pool was the toilet, and pooped in the pool! We decided it was a good time to leave.
We went to Cars2 Movie in the park. The brought Lightning McQueen for everyone to get their picture with. Good thing we have Jada she ran as fast as her little legs could go and got us third in line of probably 200! Way to go JADA!!! This was also one of our first sunsets in Texas. A little different to see it go all the way down and not behind mountains.
Macies first time on our bike since we moved. She was sooooo excited to have it back. I think she smiled for the rest of the night.
The flyer we got from the girls school. This was the start of Jada realizing she had to wear a uniform to school. Lets just say she was NOT happy
The girls made friends within the first week of being here. The King family. Mace just adores Titus. They play Wii, superhero's, ride bikes, lets just say she is in heaven with her new friend
Jada too really likes her new friend Kennedy. This is Titus's oldest sister. We also get to play with Carley and Claire who is Titus's twin sister. We are so lucky to have them here with us.
Our first batch of cookies in the new place
Music City Mall with Kennedy! I asked the price because of course no price is listed for the cotton candy, and nachos, well after waiting in line for 35 min we ordered and lets just say we will never again order them for that price :)
When it rains it pours!! The streets flood and there are little rivers down EVERY road. The girls love when we are driving when it starts to rain. I am going to agree, i think it is kinda fun to see all the cars go through the little lakes
Coming up next......Birthday, 1st day of school, and the Abilene Zoo
